Effective July 19, 2026
Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to Qotara. By creating an account, starting a subscription, or using the service, you agree to them.
Account and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information, be legally able to enter this agreement, and protect access to your Google account and Qotara session. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy and legality of the estimates, invoices, client details, and other content you enter or send.
You may not misuse Qotara, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, send unlawful or deceptive material, violate another person's rights, or use the service in a way that creates unreasonable security or operational risk.
Subscriptions and billing
Qotara currently offers a monthly subscription at CAD $19.99 and a yearly subscription at CAD $119.99, plus any applicable taxes. Stripe processes payments. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until cancelled.
You can cancel or update billing through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not normally shorten access already paid for. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact [email protected]. Refund rights, if any, are governed by applicable law and the terms presented at purchase.
We may change pricing for a future renewal after giving reasonable notice. Your continued subscription after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you enter into Qotara. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, render, and deliver that content solely to operate the service. You confirm that you have the right to provide and use that content.
Service availability and changes
We work to keep Qotara available and reliable, but the service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, or events outside our control. We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. When practical, we will provide notice of material changes.
Disclaimers and liability
Qotara is a document and workflow tool, not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing every document before sending it and for complying with laws and professional obligations that apply to your business.
To the extent permitted by law, Qotara is provided without implied warranties and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Qotara during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Termination and changes to these terms
You may stop using Qotara at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation, security risk, unlawful use, or non-payment. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
We may update these terms as Qotara evolves. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
